Another example of the social tissue decomposition in Mexico, a despicable individual who allegedly abused his own step daughter, was detained by agents of the State Attorney General’s Office, who complied with the arrest warrant issued against the degenerate and heartless individual, for the crime of Aggravated Pedophilia, carried out against a minor very close to him.
On November 25 of this year, the mother of a minor, appeared before the State Attorney General’s Office, with the aim of filing a formal complaint against her sentimental partner, because her youngest 8-year-old daughter, she had commented that the guy named SAUL “X” touched her in different parts of his body.
Once the complaint was filed and the investigation folder was integrated, with the statement of the minor affected by the sexual abuse, as well as the corresponding psychological and genetic tests, the agent of the Public Ministry requested the Judge for the arrest warrant, which it was granted immediately.
According to the follow-up to the investigation that yielded information gathered in the cabinet and field, investigating agents attached to the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Crimes Against Women for Gender Reason managed to comply with the judicial order issued by the Control Judge against SAÚL “N” for A, for alleged Aggravated Pedophilia.
The detainee is being held in the Provisional Detention Center (Cedepro), waiting for the date and time to be scheduled for the imputation formulation hearing, as well as the bonding hearing so that if he is found guilty, he remains locked up in jail for many years, in addition to the “special treatment” given to this type of criminal in jail.
