A sex abuser of minors, who raped a 12 year old minor, was found guilty by a Judge and sentenced to a 12 year prison term, his name is FRANKLIN TUDURY ÁLVAREZ, the official name for his crime in Mexican Law is equated rape, another sexual abuser of young people who falls in jail, the events occurred on March 1, 2020.
That day, the lecherous man sentenced today was in a house located on Coatzingo Street in the Sol de Puebla de Mexicali subdivision, in the company of the 12-year-old minor victim, whom he sexually assaulted.
Due to the afore mentioned events, the Public Ministry of the State Attorney Office (FGE) ordered the investigation proceedings and acts such as a statement in court of the victim and her legal representative, the psychology and investigation report, among others.
The State Attorney Office pointed out that, during the hearing in agreement on the early conclusion of the criminal process, an abbreviated procedure was held in which the person sentenced today accepted the crime committed.
The Judge considered that within the investigation folder there are sufficient elements to dictate a sentence of 12 years in prison as well as an amount for compensation of the damage.
Through this result, the State Attorney General’s Office reiterates its commitment to strengthen investigative work in crimes committed against minors, especially those who are in a vulnerable situation, in order to achieve convictions of criminals.
