There is a heavy rain and electric storms weateher forecast for Baja California´s Pacific Coast as well as rain probability in Mexicali, as well as 50-mile wind gusts for the Gulf and Pacific Coasts as well as 30-mile winds for Mexicali, according to a press release issued Sunday July 14 2024 by the NATIONAL WATER COMMISSION (CONAGUA).
According to CONAGUA, there´s a heavy rain for the mountain area and strong fast winds in Bajs´s Gulf Coast, so it may be affecting Tecate and San Felipe, as well as the Sonoran coast, and the State Civil Protection Department recommended to stay alert and report any emergency to 911.
The weather alert by CONAGUA also includes theh southern Baja California city of San Quintín and all the State Baja California Sur (Southern Baja) all the way to Los Cabos.
