A man who had been wanted since 2022 for being accused of participating in a kidnapping was arrested by agents of the State Citizen Security Force (FESC) in a preventative operation deployed in Rosarito Beach; he was referred to the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE), the State Secretariat of Citizen Security reported.
The arrest took place on Avenida Costa Alegre, in the Real de Rosarito neighborhood, where FESC agents stopped a man identified as Fernando «N.»
A preventative inspection revealed that he had nothing illegal among his belongings. However, upon verifying his information with the Baja California C5, it was reported that he was wanted for kidnapping.
Fernando «N», was born on January 1, 2001, originally from Rosarito Beach, had an arrest warrant issued against him by the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) for being accused of being an accomplice to the crime of Aggravated Kidnapping, with Unique Case Number (NUC) 0205-2022-03829.
For this reason, he was notified of his detention and, after being informed of his constitutional rights, was taken to the facilities of the FGE, the competent authority to conduct the corresponding investigation and determine his legal status, he is accused of one of the most hienous crimes in Mexico, a plague that has beaten hard all over Mexican society.
