Alleged pedophile arrested and accused of abusing a 13-year-old girl was arraigned by the State Attorney

A man who allegedly abused a 13-year-old girl, was arraigned for statutory rape, he had been detained a few days ago, after her family pressed charges against the man, MARCELO “X”, who now will have to face the Law for his despicable behavior, according to a press release issued by the State general Attorney’s office.

The evidence presented during the audience was sufficient for the Judge to arraign the man, who will spend the whole trial in jail, and to set a three months’ period for the State Attorney to collect the whole evidence and submit it so a verdict can be delivered.

It all happened on December 30^th when MARCELO “X” took a 13 year old girl to his house in Zuazua Avenue in the so called historic downtown of Mexicali, where he abused her for the second time, he had already done it on December 26^th .

During the audience the State Attorney established that MARCELO “X” took advantage of the fact that, somehow, he knows the victim’s family, which made him overconfident and he seemed to think he could be above the law and keep abusing the girl without any consequence to his actions, but her family pressed charges, an arrest warrant was granted and he was arrested, and now he will “face the music”.
