Two suspects arrested, allegedly involved in the disappearance of American firefighter, Frank Aguilar, in Rosarito late August

A man and a woman were arrested, they are allegedly involved in Francisco Aguilar Cornejo, AKA Frank Aguilar, an American fireman from Los Angeles who disappeared late August, since he is a US Citizen, the Special Units Attorney worked together with the FBI, said the State Central Attorney, Hiram Sanchez Zamora, in a press conference where he also remarked that investigations started from day one, on August 21.

According to the investigation, Aguilar had agreed to meet a woman in Mision del Mar 2 housing complex, in Playas de Rosarito, and the evidence led them to a street there, where they found bloodstains, which, by a DNA study with some of his relatives, determined that it was his blood.

Neighbors  and nearby residents said that they had heard gun shots and saw a black Tahoe pick up chasing a man, a few days later some of Aguilar´s credit cards were used in Tijuana, Playas de Rosarito and Ensenada, and soon the people who used them were identified.

Santos N de 27 year old and Fanny N 32years old, were in Mision del Mar 2 that very same date, so they were located and arrested by the State Guard of the General State Attorney´s Office, when they were detained they were in possession of one of Aguilar´s credit cards, when asked his whereabouts, they denied knowing him, they were taken to the Control Judge in order to start procedures to arraign them for Forced Disappearance
