Responding an emergency call that was reporting domestic violence, agents of the Citizen´s Security State Force (FESC) arrested a man, qand found weapons and cocaine, at 7:48 a.m. on December 8, when officers patrolling the Mariano Matamoros neighborhood assisted a woman who had requested help dialing 911.
The woman explained that she was riding in a car with her ”significant other”, Francisco Javier “N,” 29 years old, who became aggressive out of the blue, and hit her in the face
She told the FESC agents that she feared for her safety and even fork her life as well as of her two-month-old son’s life, so she got out of the vehicle and sought help at a nearby gas station.
With the victim’s testimony, the officers went to the home she shared with the suspect, located in the Villa del Real neighborhood. They inspected the area and saw the man holding an object resembling a firearm, and with a minor inside the house, they asked him to hand over the weapon, but he ignored them.
A relative was able to secure the child inside a room, and with the homeowner’s pemission, the officers entered the house and, after controlling the situation, found a Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol with a magazine loaded with nine rounds; and on a chair, a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber pistol with a magazine containing five rounds. Both weapons were packaged according to protocol.
With the support of the canine unit “Black,” specialized in narcotics detection, a search was conducted inside the residence. Inside the gas tank, they found 83 packets of cocaine, weighing approximately 274 grams, as well as a scale and a notebook.

Given the accusations of domestic violence and the possession of weapons and narcotics, the individual was placed under arrest. He was informed of his rights and was transported, along with the seized evidence, to the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) for further investigation.
