A deranged man, identified as Alejandro “N” was arraigned and will be tried in a Court of Law, he will remain in jail (no bail for him) and he has been was formally accused of domestic violence and violation of a person´s image privacy by showing forbidden graphic scenes without his victim’s consent, all of the alleged crimes occurred in Mexicali over several weeks earlier this year.
Investigations revealed that Alejandro allegedly assaulted his victim using physical and psychological violence against her, and that was only the beginning according to the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE)
Between February 4 and March 12 of this year, he physically assaulted and psychologically tortured his victim, who seemingly was his ex-girlfriend, he supposedly threated to kill her in one of his violent and dangerous outbursts.
However, the most egregious action by Alejandro occurred between February 6 and March 12, 2025, when he shared intimate and sexual videos showing the woman he attacked and (again) had been his girlfriend and he posted them on social media without the victim’s consent.
These videos were shared by a third party in a social media group, but it was Alejandro who filmed the content and who possessed it, this constitutes a flagrant violation of the victim’s privacy and fundamental rights, affecting her personal integrity and emotional well-being.
Once the complaint was filed by the victim, the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Crimes Against Women Due to Gender, through the Specialized Investigation Unit for Domestic Violence Crimes, gathered solid evidence supporting the defendant’s possible responsibility for the mentioned crimes.
As a result, the Public Prosecutor’s Office form the General State Attorney (FGE) succeeded in having the Judge of Control issue an order to formally charge Alejandro “N,” imposing preventive detention as a precautionary measure and granting a two-month period for the investigation to conclude.
