It was a dreadful weekend for twenty nine high profile Mexican Cartel members, already in jail, wanted in the USA but in locked up in Mexican Prisons for several years, and were sent to the USA, as part of a series of actions that President Sheinbaum has been taking for the last few weeks.
They were sent to several courts in cities such as Chicago, Houston, McKinney (Texas), Nueva York, Phoenix, San Antonio, Washington and White Plains (NY) and two names stand out among several other names: one is Rafael Caro Quintero, who re accused of drug smuggling hey are required by a NY Court, it is odd that Caro Quintero ins not mentioned as one of DEA Agent, Kiki Camarena murderers.
Name list of 29 Mexican top notch Cartel leaders sent to the USA they were already locked up in several prisons.

José Ángel Canobbio Inzunza, alias «El Güerito» and/or «El 90», leader of the armed group «Los Chimales», who protected «Los Chapitos», second-in-command of the criminal group Los Chapitos.
Crime: Drug trafficking.
Norberto Valencia González, alias «Socialitos», financial operator for the «Beltrán Leyva Cartel», who conducted asset laundering operations through five companies.
Crime: Drug trafficking.
Houston, Texas:
Evaristo Cruz Sánchez, alias «El Vaquero», regional leader of the «Gulf Cartel».
Crime: Drug trafficking.
José Alberto García Vilano, alias «La Kena», leader of the «Los Ciclones» group in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, a faction of the Gulf Cartel (CDG).
Crime: Drug trafficking and money laundering.
Alder Alfonso Marín Sotelo, wanted for the crime of homicide, in the case of Officer Ned Byrd in Wake County, North Carolina.
Crime: Homicide.
McKinney, Texas:
Lucio Hernández Lechuga, alias «Z-100» and/or «El Lucky», regional leader of «Los Zetas» in Veracruz, Oaxaca, and Puebla, involved in drug sales, truck hijackings, fuel theft, arms accumulation, and drug dealing.
Crime: Drug trafficking.
Ramiro Pérez Moreno, alias «El Rama», regional leader of the «Los Zetas» cartel.
Crime: Drug trafficking.
José Rodolfo Villarreal Hernández, alias «Gato», operational chief of the Beltrán Leyva Cartel.
Crime: Conspiracy, interstate stalking.
Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Díaz, alias «Alfa Metro», regional leader of the «Los Zetas» cartel, operating in northern Coahuila.
Crime: Drug trafficking.

Andrew Clark, alias «El Dictador», acted as a logistic link with the CJNG and the Pacific Cartel.
Crime: Drug trafficking and homicide.
Héctor Eduardo Infante, plaza chief of the criminal cell «Los Rusos» linked to the «Sinaloa Cartel», and founder of the group «Los Infantes».
Crime: Drug trafficking.
Inés Enrique Torres Acosta, alias «El Kiki Torres», security chief of «El Mayo Zambada».
Crime: Drug trafficking.
José Guadalupe Tapia Quintero, alias «Lupe Tapia», lieutenant of the Sinaloa Cartel, high-ranking operator of «El Mayo Zambada».

Jesús Humberto Limón López, alias «El Chubeto», founding leader of «Los Cazadores-Cartel de Sinaloa», a group allied with Los Chapitos.

Jesús Alberto Galaviz Vega, alias «Z-13», leader of the Zetas Cartel, who coordinated drug distribution in Coahuila and Tamaulipas.

Luis Gerardo Méndez Estevane, alias «El Tío», member of the «Los Aztecas» group, the armed wing of «La Línea», now «La Empresa», operating in Chihuahua.

Carlos Alberto Monsiváis Treviño, alias «La Bola», leader of the Northeast Cartel.
Crime: Drug trafficking, arms trafficking, and money laundering.

Carlos Algredo Vázquez, operational leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).
