State Police agents from FESC strategically, in conjunction with the US Marshals, who keep contact with Mexican Police authorities, in order to search for fugitives on both sides of the MEX-USA border, achieved detention of three US Law fugitives in Mexico, the first one identified as Justin Dario “N” from New York, 33 years old, who has an arrest warrant in Las Vegas, Nevada issued on October 28, 2024, order number 24CR091072 for sexua abuse of minors.
He is accused of acting with lewdness towards a minor under 14 years old he was detained by FESC agents while he was driving on the Tijuana – Tecate highway, in the whereabouts of the so called Piedras Blancas neighborhood, informed the State Citizen Security Secretary.

Also in Tijuana, on Primo Tapia Street on the corner with San Vicente, Buenos Aires Norte section, a woman identified as Ruth “N” was arrested by the FESC because, according to the US Marshals Service, she has an arrest warrant for drug trafficking, dated August 26, 2019.
In Ensenada, a rideshare driver requested assistance from the authorities to wake up a passenger who was asleep and unresponsive; so when they crossed examined the data regarding one Adam “N”, 36 years old from Napa, California, it cane up that he has two arrest warrants from the San Diego Police Department
As of Adam´s warrants one has the investigation order number: SCE425213 for grand theft auto and the second (SCS331654) for possession of stolen property, both issued on July 31 of this ear inSan Diego, according to FESC information
The three detainees were placed at the disposal of the National Institute of Migration (INM), an authority with which close collaboration was also maintained to achieve these results and which was responsible for carrying out the process of handing them over to the country that is requesting them.
