An American has been arraigned and will be judged, for being involved in a violent criminal case, accused of assault, injuries, and threats against residents of a house in a tourist camp in San Felipe, he was identified as Randy «N,» alleged perpetrator of the violent attack, according to the San Felipe office of the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).
The violent events, according to the FGE report, occurred on the afternoon of July 26 when Randy «N» violently forced his way into a house in a San Felipe tourist center, shouting out loud and demanding to see a woman, whom he thought was there, hiding from him, for some reason.
When he was told that she was not there, he became extremely violent and irate and attacked the people in the house at that moment, he even allegedly battered a 13-year-old minor, injuring him and other adults in the house in various parts of their bodies, and threatening to kill them while demanding to see the woman, posing a serious hazard to their lives, according to the FGE report.
Fearing that Randy «N» would carry out his threats, the victims reported the violent trespassing and assault to the emergency number 9-1-1. San Felipe Municipal Police officers responded to the call and arrested the defendant, turning him over to the FGE’s Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The judge determined that there was sufficient evidence to arraign Randy «N» in rder to be tried for battery, breaking and entry and life threats made to the woman´s family, he will remain in justified preventive detention, with one month granted for further investigation.

The FGE strengthens its crime prosecution efforts through investigative methods to clarify the facts, seeking to ensure that those responsible are brought to justice and to prevent crimes that harm the integrity of Baja Californians from going unpunished.
