Lenny Kravitz will be the main attraction in the UEFA Champions League final game kick off, at London´s Wembley Stadium, one of football historical landmarks (soccer as Americans call it) where Real Madrid and Manchester City will face each other on Saturday June 1st.
The big game’s main attraction will be Mr. Kravitz performance, sponsored by Pepsi Cola, as they launched a promotional video advertising the game, showing a tad of the musician’s rocker style, a one-minute -ride of expectation with and electrifying finale.
Since 2016, thanks to the soft drink company sponsorship, there have been many other acts, kicking off the final game, such as Imagine Dragons, Dua Lipa, Black Eyed Peas and Bono and The Edge from U2, among others.
Mr. Kravitz stated in a press release: I’m really looking forward to my performance for the UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show presented by Pepsi in London, a city which holds a special place in my heart. It’s going to be such an exciting event ahead of a final that means so much to so many. We can’t wait to show you all what we have in store.»
As for the game, it promises to be one of the greatest final games ever played, as Real Madrid’s amazing comeback against Bayern Munich a few weeks ago faces the lightning speed of Manchester City, there will be rock and, of course, the two teams will roll.
