An individual, identified as CHRISTIAN MAX “N”, allegedly involved in the crimes of pedophilia and corruption of minors in the port of San Felipe, was arraigned by the San Felipe Regional Prosecutor’s Office of the FGE.
The name of this sick, dreadful man who lives in San Felipe, is CHRISTIAN MAX “N”, no more information can be supplied, since Mexican Crime Law doesn´t allow media to mention the surname or show the face of an alleged criminal, until there´s a guilty sentence issued on them.
CHRISTAN MAX “N” is accused, and will be tried, accused of forcing a 14-year-old girl to consume crystal methamphetamine in order for him to sexually assault her, even when he had a close relationship with the victim’s family.
The unfortunate incident occurred in a house in San Felipe in the area known as Ejido Plan Nacional Agrario, according to the San Felipe branch of the FGE report, and the man was arrested by Special Agents of the Prosecutors Office.
The man accused of sexual assault against the defenseless minor, allegedly took advantage of the trust that the victim’s family had on him, just to satisfy his sick appetites, and casts a sad and sorrowful shadow over the San Felipe community.
He was discovered on the afternoon of December 17, while he was attacking his victim but apparently, it was not the first time, he had been repeatedly abusing the victim as far as September. of 2023.
At the arraignment hearing, the judge considered that the evidence contained in the investigation folder was sufficient to apply to CHRISTIAN MAX the precautionary measure of preventive detention and grant the Public Ministry agent three months to close the investigation.
