The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) managed to arraign a despicable man who has been charged as alleged perpetrator of rape, against a child under 13 years of age, in San Felipe, according to reports from the Attorney’s Office, the sick attacker was identified as FRANCISCO “N”.
During the hearing of FRANCISCO “N”, the FGE agent of Public Ministry said the incident, involving rape of a minor, happened in July 2019, when the victim went to the grocery store, owned by the accused.
At the scene, he allegedly took advantage of the minor by forcing him to commit improper acts of a sexual nature, to perpetrate the crime, Francisco threatened the adolescent with a knife to the stomach, assuring him that he would stab him if he refused to be sexually abused or if he commented something to anyone.
At the end of the hearing, the Judge determined precautionary measure of preventive detention for four months, a period in which the agent of the Public Ministry will integrate the complementary investigation, with the purpose of strengthening the evidence against FRANCISCO “N”.
