Mexicali sparks up with the “Parade of Lights 2017”

The streets of Mexicali were illuminated with the familiar “Parade of lights 2017” which was carried out by approximately 20 fluorescent units that moved mostly December-related characters that captivated the attention of the “cachanillas“.

Elves, Santa Claus, the Wise Men, Disney characters, midgets, reindeer, among other Christmas iconic figures, gave the folklore that the parade required to amaze the families that stood on the sidewalks to contemplate the show with joy.

The parade departed at 6:00 pm, with six key points along the route, the first was in the rectory of the university, passing through Reforma Avenue, turning onto the Justo Sierra Boulevard, and the Benito Juárez Boulevard, being the fourth stop .

From there they continued the journey through Independencia road, until they reached the New River, where they concluded with the sixth stop inside the FEX facilities, they were excitedly awaited by the children who cheered with excitement.
